Source:  RJ

An ex-military police officer suspected of membership in a militia in the community of Batan, in the Western Zone of Rio de Janeiro, was arrested early this morning. Erland André da Silveira Carvalho, 37,  was detained by police from the anti-mafia division DRACO at his home in Bangu.
